Andrea East – Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Masseur
I discovered yoga at the age of 22 and which has become my life’s passions. I first went to India at the age of 27 for Yoga and travelled solo from Madras (Chennai) to Kerala, up the west coast, through Rajasthan and onto Rishikesh. After returning to Australia I undertook Yoga teacher training.
In 2005, I went travelling with my young son for 9 months where we lived in the alps of Switzerland. We stayed on for another 6 months travelling and working throughout Europe. I have been back to India 5 times to study Yoga and Ayurveda and simply be immersed in this wonderful culture. I have my own home based yoga and massage business and look forward to sharing this wonderful new adventure with you.
