True Ayurveda is a holistic lifestyle that stretches far beyond simply treating sickness. The system of health care is based on the prevention of diseases by focusing on harmony and balance through a combination of yoga, herbal medicines, diet, and physical therapies such as massage. Ayurveda is a unique natural system that depends on the diagnosis of your body’s humours (vata, pitta and kapha) to achieve the right internal and external balance.
